A mortgage open day is set to take place next week to to support those hoping to take their first step onto the property ladder.
Hosted by Skipton International and Andium Homes, the drop-in event will run from 09:00 to 17:00 on Thursday 1 May at the Skipton Mortgage Centre on 15-17 Esplanade.
Skipton said the open day was designed to support prospective buyers through the application process, from understanding borrowing potential to exploring the Assisted Purchase Pathway.
Skipton’s mortgage team and representatives from Andium Homes will be on hand throughout the day, and it is open to anyone looking to step onto the property ladder in Jersey. No appointment is necessary.
Anna Le Brocq, Mortgage Sales Executive at Skipton International, said buying your first home could feel “overwhelming”, but she and her team aim to make the process “straightforward” and “stress-free”.
