A former chair of the Institute of Directors in Jersey has become Voisin Law’s new head of client development.

Announcing the appointment, the firm said that Natasha Egré “brings extensive experience in strategic client leadership, business development, and marketing oversight”, having previously held a number of roles leading commercial strategy, client portfolios and brand positioning “across both business consultancy and communications environments”.

Among other senior positions, her background includes time at the helm of IoD Jersey, during which she led the organisation’s transformation into the fastest-growing international branch and sought to strengthen links between industry, regulators and government.

Ms Egré is also a board member of the Jersey Police Authority, on which she will continue to serve.

Her new role will see her work closely with Voisin Law’s partners to advance the firm’s business strategy, client development and marketing oversight.

Ms Egré said: “Voisin has an exceptional reputation built over generations, and what particularly drew me to the firm is its clarity of purpose – combining deep technical expertise with a genuinely client-centred approach.”

She continued: “My role is not about changing that foundation, but about building on it: ensuring we are consistently aligned to what our clients need, how they experience the firm, and how we bring our expertise to market in a meaningful way.”

Ms Egré noted that she had spent much of her career working closely with boards, regulators and “complex organisations”.

“I understand how critical trust and long-term relationships are,” she added.

“I’m looking forward to supporting the partners and the wider team in strengthening those relationships further, while helping the firm adapt to a rapidly changing legal and commercial landscape.”

Principal partner at Voisin Law, Jeffrey Giovannoni, said Ms Egré “brings a combination of strategic insight, credibility, and energy”.

He continued: “She understands both the expectations of our clients and the broader commercial and regulatory environment in which they operate.

“Importantly, she shares our belief that client development is not about short-term wins, but about building enduring relationships based on trust, clarity, and consistent delivery.”

He added that the appointment “reflects our commitment to investing in the firm’s future while preserving the values that have underpinned Voisin for so long”.
