Four trainees have joined a law firm’s offices in Jersey and Guernsey.
Sophie Duquemin and Izabella Dupre in Guernsey and Erin Boyle and Luke Proudfoot in Jersey have joined Collas Crill as trainee solicitors.
The firm’s structured, two-year programme gives trainees exposure to different areas of practice in at least four six-months stints, exposing them to a broad range of legal work and skills.

The trainees are encouraged to play an active role with their teams from the beginning, doing legal research, drafting documents and attending client meetings, and are given a buddy to help them settle into their training journey.
The new recruits said they were drawn to the firm’s commitment to professional development, collaborative work environment and clear career progression with many senior lawyers and partners at Collas Crill having started their journeys as trainees.
