International law firm Harneys has appointed a new partner and head of its banking and finance team in Jersey.
Katrina Edge joins the firm with over two decades of experience advising a broad range of local and international financial institutions, investors, and borrowers on complex cross-border financing and corporate transactions.
Her expertise spans real estate finance, fund finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance, and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency.
Ms Edge previously worked at another offshore law firm in Jersey for over 20 years, where she most recently served as their global head of banking and finance.
