Hawk has added to its leadership team with the appointment of Derek McKeown as Commercial Director.
Mr McKeown has over 25 years of experience in the offshore finance sector.
His career has spanned private banking, wealth management and alternative investments, supporting clients in international markets. His portfolio includes private clients, family offices, fiduciary specialists and professional advisers.
The firm said that throughout his career, Mr McKeown has been at the “forefront of delivering bespoke lending solutions”. He believes that, “when structured correctly, lending can be a powerful tool in helping clients grow their businesses and build personal net worth”.
It added that he is “equally attuned” to market challenges, shifting client circumstances, regulatory pressures and risk attitudes.
