Daniel Hainsworth was previously Hawksford’s Head of Corporate Services for EMEA.
He commented: “Due to business growth combined with our structured mergers and acquisitions activity in key jurisdictions, Hawksford’s corporate services team has grown from 35 people in 2015 to more than 220 people today.
“In my new role, I’ll be focusing on strengthening the relationship and synergy across Hawksford’s geographical locations and ensure that clients and prospects have access to our full suite of capabilities wherever they require them globally.”
