Jon Cartmell, who is taking on the new role, has 23 years’ experience in the field of share plans, performance and reward and corporate trusteeship.
He was recently co-head of the executive incentives team at another Jersey provider.
His new role will see him take on responsibility for a portfolio of listed and private companies based in the UK and globally.
Mr Cartmell described his new team’s plans for growth as “ambitious”, adding: “…I’m excited to be part of the organisation and look forward to playing my part in our continued success.”
