Pan-island IT provider Resolution IT has rebranded as Zenzero in a move it hopes will strengthen its service offering by connecting the Island to global expertise.
Zenzero is a UK Managed Services Provider (MSP), which delivers IT support to mid-market organisations across a range of businesses including financial services, professional services, legal and care providers.
The group brings together 75 local experts across the Channel Islands, who in turn connect to a global team of 800 specialists.
The firm said the rebrand – which completed on 25 May – will allow it to enhance its range of services to Jersey businesses, including data and AI, a dedicated Azure specialist team, 24/7 IT support, and cyber security.
They added that they will continue to operate from their current Jersey office in Bond Street.

Steve Brehaut, Managing Director at Zenzero Jersey, added that it was still “business as usual, with the same local team, trusted relationships and commitment to service they have always relied on”.
