Toni Rollo was recently awarded the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).
The nationally recognised NPQH qualification recognises leadership development and professional achievement in preparation for headship, at the end of an 18-month programme.
Miss Rollo joined JCG in September 2000 as a Maths teacher. Since then, she has worked as Head of Careers, Head of Sixth Form, Assistant Headteacher before being appointed as Vice Principal in September 2016.
Carl Howarth, Principal, said: “We are delighted that Miss Rollo has been successful in gaining this qualification. It is a reflection of the dedication and professionalism that she brings to the College each day, and I am certain that this will enhance her practice and enrich the College in future.”
