Mr Plaster joined LAW in 2014, was praised for driving business improvement within LAW, including its expansion into mediation, secondment, recruitment, e-learning and the introduction of a salary survey.
Mr Plaster said: “It is a great honour to have been recognised for doing something you love. I have been working in HR for over 30 years now and while the issues are far more complex today, the professionalism and capability of the industry have grown to meet every new challenge. Nowhere is this more apparent than at LAW, which is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our clients.”
