Two firms with a presence in Jersey are celebrating being featured in The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work list for 2025.
Boston Multi Family Office has been recognised in the medium-sized organisation category, and Nedbank Private Wealth in the big organisation category.
To be eligible for the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, companies must have scored highly in an employee engagement survey designed to measure engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort.
Multi-family office and fiduciary services provider Boston Multi Family Office is one of 187 medium-sized organisations to make the list, to which CEO, Katherine Ellis, said she was “delighted”.
“This award is a true reflection of the incredible team we have and their dedication to maintaining a culture of trust, collaboration, and transparency. It’s a proud moment for all of us.
“Our people are at the heart of everything we do. “We want our staff to enjoy their time at work, and our company values reflect this by encouraging us to always strive to be better, embrace change, and enjoy the adventure together,” she added.
Nedbank Private Wealth is one of 115 big organisations to be recognised, and is the only private bank on the list.
The firm has regularly been recognised by The Sunday Times since the first time it appeared on the list in 2005.
“To be amongst the best places the work by The Sunday Times is an incredible achievement,” said Stuart Cummins, CEO of Nedbank Private Wealth.
“It reflects our continued investment in building a workplace where people feel genuinely valued, heard, and empowered. This recognition is about our people – and the extraordinary culture they’ve helped to shape.
“This recognition not only highlights the bank’s excellence in financial services, but also its commitment to building a workplace where everyone – from early career talent to seasoned professionals – feels seen, supported, and inspired to thrive.”
Rachel Quirk, Executive Head of HR at Nedbank Private Wealth added:
“Being consistently ranked among the UK’s Best Places to Work reaffirms our commitment to our culture and how our business runs.
“Culture isn’t an add-on here, it drives performance and we actively shape our environment to trust, empower and grow our people. They aren’t just values for values sake – they’re embedded in everything we do. We purposefully invest in our people and support them to do their very best in both their work and personal lives.”
