The company said in their most recent annual report that, in line with global trends, their mail service was decreasing 5% year-on-year.

However, they added that this presented an “opportunity” to explore the areas of digital services and e-commerce.

Yesterday saw the official launch of those new services, which Jersey Post said aims to address customers’ increasing need for online services.

As well as services allowing customers to digitise their archives and the provision of business analytics tools, Jersey Post are also blending digital with traditional distribution techniques in a new campaign management service called ‘Mail your way’, which they describe as an “on-demand print to mail service.”
