Mark Hucker, who has 20 years’ experience running businesses in the Fund Administration, Banking and Fiduciary sectors, will specialise in recruiting for roles up to and including non-executive director positions.
The Chartered Accountant and qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner will also be working with Managing Director Shelley Kendrick on the panel at Club NED, a new recruitment organisation for non-executive director positions in offshore jurisdictions.
“It is often a criticism of recruiters that they don’t understand the skills required to succeed in a senior or technical role and therefore cannot ensure they put forward the most appropriate candidate. My aim is to help bridge that gap and to achieve a win:win for the candidate and their new employer,” Mr Hucker said.
