The firm is up against four larger UK recruitment firms in the awards, which aim to recognise the best of the recruitment industry.

Managing Director Shelley Kendrick said: “We are absolutely delighted to see the business recognised in this way and celebrate what the Kendrick Rose team has achieved.

“This is the first time in a long time a Jersey recruiter has been shortlisted for a global or UK recruitment award like this and it helps showcase what Channel Island recruiters are capable of to a national and international audience.”

The winners of the awards will be announced at a ceremony in London in November.
