Maillard & Co has promoted Dawn Barkhuizen, who was Finance and Operations Manager.
In her new role, she will be responsible for steering strategic direction and maintaining high operational performance across the company.
Ms Barkhuizen’s promotion comes after only 12 months at the firm.
Maillard & Co Director, Oliver Mourant, described her promotion as “testament to her outstanding leadership and exceptional contributions to our organisation”.
He added: “Her strategic vision and commitment to the team makes her the ideal candidate to join the Group Board.”
