Jackie is an experienced human resources professional specialising in the “people” side of change and has particular strengths in talent management and acquisition, performance management and coaching, employee engagement and transformation, and learning and development.

Mrs Hankin’s previous role at Ernst & Young involved the development and delivery of a talent management and acquisition strategy, both for experienced and graduate hire; the development of a partnership with a professional body, which led to the delivery of on Island training, and the design of several learning and development initiatives. In addition, Jackie was an active coach for various levels of employees and coached managers on performance management.

Over the past 18 months she has worked in the UK gaining experience in both the government and higher education sector. During this period, she has led some significant change projects, including the implementation of various systems and has driven the transformation of an employee services and recruitment team.

In her role at Marbral Advisory, Mrs Hankin will work as part of the change team and will assist clients with supporting their people through change, offering her expertise to both HR departments and business leaders.
