Jersey’s only Michelin-starred restaurant has once again secured its place among the culinary elite – earning the coveted accolade for the 21st year in a row.
Bohemia, based at The Club Hotel and Spa in Green Street, remains the sole Michelin-starred establishment in the Channel Islands and is one of just 19 restaurants in the UK to have held a star for such a long period.
Head chef Callum Graham, who has now secured the accolade for five consecutive years under his leadership, described the recognition as an “honour.”
“I’m especially delighted for the team, whose dedication and passion shine through every day,” he said. “Their unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for our guests has been acknowledged once again, and to maintain a Michelin star for a 21st year is truly remarkable.”
The award follows another major achievement for Bohemia. In December, it was named among the UK’s top 50 restaurants for 2025 by Harden’s Guide – an accolade based on diner reviews rather than professional critics.

Mr Graham added that this year’s Michelin ceremony, held at Kelvingrove in Scotland, held particular significance for him, as it took place just a few miles from his birthplace of East Kilbride.
Lawrence Huggler, managing director of the Huggler Group, which owns The Club Hotel and Spa and Bohemia, praised the team’s ongoing success.
“Earning Michelin star status is always an incredible achievement and a true reflection of the quality and dedication that defines Bohemia,” he said.
“A huge thank you to Callum and the entire kitchen brigade, as well as Dimitri and his front-of-house team.”
Mr Huggler added that celebrations were planned to mark the milestone, honouring “21 years of world-class dining at Bohemia” as well as the restaurant’s suppliers and Jersey’s exceptional produce.
More details, he said, would be shared soon.
