A new associate has joined Bedell Cristin’s Jersey litigation team.
Zoe Marshall joins the offshore law firm from London law firm Withers.
She qualified as an English Solicitor in 2023, and practised with Withers’ Trust Estate and Inheritance Disputes team.
Prior to qualification, Ms Marshall also spent time working at Quinn Emanuel in London supporting their competition litigation team.

While practising onshore, Ms Marshall had experience of advising trustees, beneficiaries and families on complex cross-border trust disputes, professional negligence claims and probate disputes relating to capacity and charitable bequests.
She has also advised clients on matters in the Court of Protection.
