Jayson Perfect joined Liberation Group in 2017, originally as Managing Director of UK Managed Pubs, before progressing his role to encompass firstly the Channel Islands followed by the tenanted division of the business.
He went on to play a key role in the development of Butcombe Pubs & Inns’ business, which in 2022 won a hat-trick of Publican Awards including Best Managed Pub Co, Best Accommodation Operator and Best Premium Food Offer.
