Coutts Crown Dependencies has launched a new team intended to strengthen the firm’s relationships with prospective private clients and professional intermediaries.

Led by Tina Carter – who brings more than 40 years of banking experience across NatWest Group – the client acquisition team will articulate the bank’s investment offering and strategic outlook, facilitate early-stage discussions around banking and investment needs while seeking to ensure a “smooth and efficient” onboarding process.

Also on the team are client acquisition managers Susie Alderson – who has a background in customer journey design and project management – and Lucas Burton, who holds extensive client-facing experience.
