Private client, corporate, funds and pension services provider Fairway has appointed Jonathon Buesnel as Client Director to its Private Clients team. 

Mr Buesnel has worked in financial services for 30 years. The firm said he has “extensive technical expertise in dealing with complex structures and high net worth clients”. 

He previously sat on the board of a regulated trust company business and was director of an internet comparison business.

Mr Buesnel is a Chartered Secretary (ACG) and holds a leadership and management diploma from the Chartered Management Institute. 

He has also worked in large corporates and bank-owned trust companies, at board level, as well as with a start-up trust company. 

Mr Buesnel said: “I am looking forward to my new role at Fairway and working alongside a diverse and incredibly skilled group of people.

“I’m also looking forward to working for an independent business. It gives us a unique position in the market, enabling us to be nimble in managing our clients’ affairs and delivering an exceptional service to each.”
