Oakbridge Funds will offer services to the alternative funds sector.
The team behind the new administrator have previously worked together at a pan-European multi-jurisdictional fund administration business.
Leading the firm’s operations will be Robin de Gruchy-Wilson as Managing Director, alongside Alex Smyth and Jonathan Crawford.
The firm is owned by international investment business, ED Group, with ED Group Director Jamie Crawford joining the Oakbridge Funds Board as a Director.
