Sean McCrum has joined Rossborough Financial as Head of Retirement Planning. 

Mr McCrum began his financial planning career in London in 2007 and has since spent over a decade helping clients manage, protect and grow their wealth, with a particular focus on retirement planning, the firm said. 

His career includes roles at HSBC International in Cape Town and Jersey and HSBC Private Bank in Switzerland. 

In 2019, he returned to Jersey, where he became a Partner at a local financial planning firm. 

Mr McCrum joined Rossborough Financial Services Limited in December 2024 to lead the development of the Retirement and Financial Planning division. 

The firm said that beyond his professional work, he previously served as a trustee of Cintre Community, a Bristol-based charity that supports individuals with with autism spectrum disorder.

He also volunteers for the Forces Money Plan, a pro bono initiative by the Personal Finance Society that provides financial guidance to armed forces veterans. 

Mr McCrum said he was “delighted” to have joined Rossborough Financial.
