David Haines and Heather Barker have been appointed managers while Jon Donald and Karen Ruderham have become client director, and assistant manager, respectively.
Charles Hotton, Managing Director at Valla, said: “Our ambition is to maintain continued, sustainable growth. We support this growth with targeted Jersey recruitment and internal promotion and these appointments continue that commitment.”
Curtis Chilvers has also been promoted to the position of Senior Trust Officer administering corporate clients and real estate entities, as well as more complex private client structures.
Welcoming him to his new role Mr Hotton said: “We were delighted to confirm Curtis’ promotion. He joined us directly following the completion of his A levels in 2014. His hard work to become STEP qualified, and commitment to Valla and our clients, helps confirm the value to us of nurturing talent from within.”
