A newly qualified lawyer at Collas Crill has joined the firm’s corporate, banking and finance team in Jersey.
Emma Carvalho, who began her time at Collas Crill in 2024 as a trainee solicitor, has been promoted to associate after successfully completing the firm’s training programme and qualifying as a solicitor of England and Wales.
Group managing partner Jason Romer noted that the training programme was launched more than 15 years ago and continued to “grow and evolve”, to ensure trainees complete it “with the experience and knowledge required to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients”.

Applications for Collas Crill’s September 2027 trainee intake will open in January.
