The building’s new owner plans to bring the Flannels brand to the Island and has said in separate statements that it plans to create 50 new jobs and that the store – one of the biggest on the Jersey high-street – will open by Christmas.
Flannels is a chain of high end designer stores throughout the UK that has been operating since 1976.
Partner Raulin Amy led Ogier’s work on the deal, supported by consultant Chris Renouf and Senior Associate Alexander Curry.
