The move into IFC5, as the building is known, will allow PBS to provide businesses of varying sizes the opportunity to operate from Grade A office accommodation without having to meet covenant requirements or take on a long-term lease.

Through the serviced office arrangement, businesses keen to make the move to IFC5 will be offered office supplies and furnishings, as well as a front of house team. They will also have the opportunity to work with PBS to design a suite suited to their needs.

Tony Le Tiec, PBS Group Executive Chairman, said the expansion into IFC5 was “a truly natural move” for the PBS Group. “We have seen an unprecedented demand for serviced offices as companies move away from more traditional office space and long term leases,” he explained.

“In addition, there is a growing demand for office space within the finance district but small to medium-sized businesses have been unable to meet the covenant requirements associated with the new buildings on the Waterfront. Our solution enables small to medium-sized businesses to relocate to a global centre of excellence on more flexible terms.”
