Hundreds of islanders are today due to attend an event at the Radisson Blu Hotel exploring the innovative applications of artificial intelligence and its role in reshaping business strategies and operations.
Hosted by PwC Channel Islands, the ‘Reinvention in the Age of AI’ sessions this afternoon will be followed by a similar event in Guernsey tomorrow.
Expert speakers at the events will delve into strategies for overcoming challenges related to AI competence, leadership skill gaps, and the adoption of AI to drive growth

Key subjects will include AI-driven performance enhancements, the establishment of enterprise AI foundations, as well as tackling AI-enabled fraud and cybersecurity threats.
“Emerging themes will highlight the urgency for businesses to navigate the accelerating pace of AI-driven change,” the firm stated.

Today’s event will be hosted by PwC’s Jersey office leader Lisa McClure and senior partner Nick Vermeulen.
There will be a number of featured speakers from PwC UK, including chair of advisory council Leo Johnson as well as EMEA FS data, AI, and tech lead Lilia Christofi and UK and EMEA managing partner Carol Stubbings.
