Ms Short is an occupational psychologist, writer, executive coach and member of the 30% Club Steering Committee. She was a lead researcher on the ‘Cracking the Code’ report which demystified some assumptions about what women really want from their careers and subsequently ‘View from the Top’ exploring CEO impact on gender diversity.
This year’s International Women’s Day theme is ‘Step It Up for Gender Parity’ and Ms Short’s extensive experience will inform her discussion on gender equality in the workplace, celebrate women’s achievements in breaking the glass ceiling and recognize the role men have to play as key stakeholders in this area.
