Based at the firm’s Halkett Place office, Julian Mallinson will establish the firm’s first physical commercial presence in Jersey.
Specialising in commercial and residential valuations including loan security and development appraisals on behalf of corporate and private clients, Julian has over 29 years’ experience in the Jersey property market.
Having spent the last 12 years as a director at CBRE, Julian also undertakes rent reviews, lease advisory and capital markets work.
