Andium Homes has appointed a new Chief Financial Officer.
Peter Styles will step into the role on 1 July 2025. His appointment follows a recruitment process run by the Chief Executive Officer of Andium Homes and overseen by the Jersey Appointments Commission.
Mr Styles is currently the Chief Client Services Officer at Andium and has been with the company since October 2023. He previously served as Head of Finance and played a “pivotal role” in the £100m private placement funding that Andium achieved in 2024.
Prior to joining Andium, he held several roles with the Treasury and Resources Department of Jersey’s government, latterly as the Head of Group Reporting.
Mr Styles was born and raised in Jersey and attended Hautlieu School before continuing his academic studies at the University of East Anglia where he attained a BSc in Development Studies, before going on to study Accountancy. He is a Chartered Accountant.
“I am absolutely delighted that Peter will be taking on the Chief Finance Officer role,” said Andium Homes’ Chief Executive Officer, Lindsay Wood.
“Through a very rigorous selection process Peter demonstrated the drive, commitment and technical skills that this role requires. I look forward to working collaboratively with Peter and I am confident that his strong financial leadership will be of great benefit to our clients, the business and the Board.”
Mr Styles said he was “incredibly proud to be part of the next chapter” for the publically-owned residential firm.
“I look forward to building on the impressive record of delivery to continue providing quality homes for Islanders, supported by a team of dedicated and professional colleagues.”
Andium Homes’ Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, Jason Laity added: “I am delighted to see Peter take up the role of Chief Financial Officer, a post left vacant when Lindsay was recently promoted to the position of Chief Executive. I am very much looking forward to working with him in his new role”.
