Matt Horton has been appointed as Group Head of Private Equity, while Alan Ross, who previously held the role, has taken on the new position of Group Head of Transformation.
Meanwhile, in Guernsey, Gavin Hayman has been appointed as Jurisdictional Head of Private Equity.
