Tania Bearryman has been appointed as Executive Director, Trust and Company Services, while Shane Hugill has been promoted to Head of Performance and Reward Management.
Ms Bearryman was the previous Head of Performance and Reward Management, but has now taken on an expanded role to ensure that the service lines are aligned with Intertrust’s objectives and vision for its Jersey office.
Mr Hugill was previously Director of the Performance and Reward Management team. In his new role, he will continue to ensure that the service line, which has undergone significant growth in recent years, expands further from its Jersey base into the group’s other jurisdictions.
Simon Mackenzie, Managing Director of Intertrust in Jersey, said that both Ms Bearrymand and Mr Hugill had been integral in the growth and success of the team.
“In their senior roles Tania and Shane will be looking to further develop our digital offering for the benefit of our clients and I look forward to working with them to achieve this,” he said.
