Business administration and compliance solutions provider CSC has “strengthened” its leadership team in Jersey with four senior promotions.
Nigel Crocker has been appointed Head of Funds, while Jemma Cornick, Nemone Harvey and Ben Le Fondre have been promoted to directors within its Corporate and Legal Solutions business.
Mr Crocker has more than 30 years of financial services experience spanning funds, banking, investment banking and corporate trust.
The firm said he will drive the fund business’s strategy and growth, leading the team to deliver services across asset classes and structures.
Ms Cornick has been promoted to CLS director, Executive Compensation Services, with a focus on aligning the business’s people and strategic initiatives.
She has 22 years of experience in the offshore finance industry, specialising in executive compensation and employee benefits.
CSC said her leadership will “enhance operations and develop talent – all aimed at delivering exceptional client service”.
Ms Harvey has also been promoted to CLS director, Executive Compensation Services, where she will head up the core Trustee Services Team.
She is experienced in resolving trustee and share plan complications and supporting clients through corporate restructuring including IPOs. The firm said her leadership will focus on strategic alignment across the business.
Mr Le Fondre has been promoted to CLS director in the firm’s Real Estate team. He has 20 years of financial services experience, including more than a decade in real estate.
The firm said Mr Le Fondre has “extensive knowledge” in corporate governance and risk management, which he will use to hone the team’s operational framework.
