Mr Davies, who has worked for State Street for seven years as senior treasury manager, and is expanding his responsibilities to include oversight of the State Street Bank and Trust Company Jersey Branch that he helped to establish in 2011.
He leads a team of 17 employees that provide banking services to the clients of the private equity and real estate fund administration business in Jersey, UK, Guernsey, Luxembourg and Ireland.
Prior to joining State Street, Mr Davies has held various senior posts within global markets and treasury in both the UK and Jersey. He has extensive experience in dealing activities, balance sheet management and corporate and commercial sales.
He will report to Damien Barry, head of EMEA private equity and real estate funds services.
