Leila Yildirim (pictured), who has worked for the company for 18 years, will take on the new growth-oriented role.

She previously oversaw a global network of more than 40,000 partners and staff as Director of People Management, during which time she led development of an international mobility strategy focused on putting the ‘right people’ in the ‘right places’.

Other achievements include her co-authorship of numerous papers whilst at PwC, including World of Work to 2020, Mobility 2020, Managing Milennials and Managing Tomorrow’s People.

Senior Partner Brendan McMahon said that the firm was “extremely fortunate” to have Miss Yildirim take on the new role.

“The scope of Leyla’s international work and experience gained from multiple roles within the wider PwC network, coupled with her unique set of skills and insight into bringing strategy to life, have already proven instrumental in driving high levels of engagement throughout our CI firm and we’re really excited about the opportunities ahead with Leyla on board,” he commented.
