Taking place on Friday 8 July at Gaspé House, the seminar will explore the potential tax risks that can arise, and how these might be mitigated.

Presenting will be Tax Manager Miranda Smith, Tax Director Katy Wintle and Manager Zara Asante, a Manager in Deloitte’s US Business Tax Group based in London.

The trio will share their experiences in the market since the pandemic and present a number of case studies, touching upon:

  • commercial considerations depending on business activity;
  • how to align tax planning with business operations; and
  • remote working and particular risks encountered by organisations in the USA.
