In his new role, ACCA qualified accountant James Coughlan will be responsible for delivering the firm’s funds strategy on the island, focusing on performance, service delivery and growth.
Managing Director Cengiz Somay said Mr Coughlan’s experience “puts him in a great position to lead from the front”.
He added: “With a solid understanding of both the funds business and our client base, his knowledge will add real value when executing the Channel Islands’ growth strategy and collaborating within the TMF global network to win global mandates.”
Mr Coughlan added: “We are continuing to grow and expand our fund services capabilities across our global network of more than 80 jurisdictions. It’s a very exciting time to be part of, and lead, the team in Jersey. The Channel Islands are at the heart of our funds strategy and will be the centre of excellence for the group.”
