EY has announced three managerial promotions within its Assurance team in the Channel Islands.

Emma Muhwati (pictured top) and Kamille Greenidge have been promoted to Assurance Senior Manager, and Mariah Manansala to Assurance Manager.

A Chartered Accountant who qualified in Zimbabwe in March 2018, Ms Muhwati joined EY’s Jersey office in 2022 and has gone on to gain extensive experience across retail, manufacturing, insurance, banking, capital markets and real estate, according to the firm.

Ms Greenidge, who holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting, became a Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2020. She began her career with EY Barbados as an intern in 2015, transitioning to a full-time role in 2016, before joining EY’s Guernsey office in January 2023.

Over the course of her career, she has provided client services across various industries, including insurance, real estate, digital asset companies, and has also provided non-audit services such as agreed-upon procedures and CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook).

Ms Manansala, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 2018, joined EY’s Guernsey office in November 2022.

Prior to that, she worked for three years in EY’s Philippines office, where she gained experience in auditing clients in wealth and asset management, private equity, hedge funds, and various non-financial services clients, including telecommunications and manufacturing.

“We are delighted to recognise the achievements of Emma, Kamille and Mariah,” Dan Saunders, EY’s CI Managing Partner, commented.

“Their promotions reflect their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional client service and their ability to lead and inspire their teams.

“We are excited to see their professional growth in their new roles and continued contribution to EY’s success.”
