Ross Crick joined VG in April 2019 as Manager of the team, bringing with him 18 years’ experience within the employee incentives area.
He joined an already established team formed by Mark Healey, VG Director and Head of employee benefits, and Joel Wheeler, Senior Trust Officer.
Further appointments have also been made in the support team, assisting with day to day administration.
