The firm is hosting seminars in Guernsey and Jersey explaining the impact of the new regime. Guest speakers include Freshfields’ Jonathan Baird and William Saunders and Katherine Dillon from Stephenson Harwood.
The speakers will explain the main differences from the existing regime, discuss the implications for those who do not comply and offer practical suggestions of the steps that can be taken to ensure compliance. The event will be of particular interest to non-executive directors (NEDs) and administrators appointed in relation to London-listed Guernsey funds.

The seminar takes place at The Old Government House Hotel on Wednesday, June 29 from 5pm. The Jersey event follows on Thursday, June 30 at 11am at The Royal Yacht Hotel, St Helier.
