Working with global trust and fiduciary providers, Ms Tan has built up experience in setting up corporate structures for both private clients and large multinationals, with a particular focus on Singapore-based structures.
Commenting on Ms Tan’s appointment, Wendy Sim, Zedra Singapore managing director, said: “Lisa adds a new dimension to our Singaporean team, bringing with her extensive experience of both international taxation and the establishment and administration of multi-jurisdictional corporate structures for both private clients and large multinational companies. She will certainly be a key addition to the team here.”
