The event is on the 18 November, at St Pierre Park Hotel.
Organiser, Derryn De Carteret said she chose the two charities to benefit from the event for personal reasons.
She said Bulstrode House “took fantastic care of my late father when he was going through his chemotherapy treatment five years ago.
“More recently close friends are also receiving chemotherapy treatment there at the moment so I really want to support these wonderful nurses and all of the staff at Bulstrode House.”
She chose the Guernsey Alzheimer’s Association after her gran was affected by the illness meaning she knows how hard it is when “this cruel disease hits someone you know at some point in your life.
“My gran has it many years ago when not much was known about it. Friends have lost family members to it and my sister in law’s father is currently going through this.”
