Alliance store wins national award from Tesco

Thursday 28 June 2018

Alliance’s Broad Street store has been recognised nationally at an awards ceremony for Tesco partners.

The store, which opened earlier this year, won Best Delivery of Brand at Shelf Edge category at the Tesco International Partnerships Awards recently.

Alliance is a locally-owned retailer selling Tesco products exclusively in the Channel Islands.

Gareth Bowen, Trading Manager of Alliance said: “Tesco has more than 25 International partners worldwide, so we’re delighted that our Broad Street store has been recognised for its superior look and feel, range and fantastic shopping experience.

“It is testament to the fantastic staff here, led by Sou Teixeira, who consistently go the extra mile to make sure that the shelves are well stocked, clearly signed and look attractive. The great customer experience they provide, combined with low prices on high quality produce, ensures that Alliance is the first-choice supermarket for an increasing number of Islanders.”
