Islanders might not be able to fly their planes, but airline Aurigny is letting them pilot their brand new website and booking service.
The new website – developed with Oi marketing agency - comes with several new features, including an easy-to-use new design that can fit across all browsers and devices including mobiles and tablets and a simplified booking process.
But Aurigny say that more features could be added before the site takes off.
The new website comes as a result of extensive work and research involving focus groups and the airline’s consumer group.
Aurigny hope that the new look will help Aurigny become more competitive and enticing in the inter-island marketplace.

Nonetheless, the work is not done. The community-focused airline are hoping to hear the opinions of users in order to keep enhancing the online experience. Users can submit their views via a feedback button.
Malcolm Coupar, Commercial Director of Aurigny, commented: “To make sure we are getting it right for our customers, we feel it is important for them to trial the site and let us know what they think, that way they can help to shape the online experience.”
“We really look forward to hearing what people think. Very often small changes can make a big difference, so it’s really important for you to have your say.”
