Bagot Road Garage receives top UK dealership awards

Local family-owned business, Bagot Road Garage, has received the UK Gold Dealer for 2017 award from Dacia.

The garage is also one of the 106 garages in the UK who have received a ‘Dealer of the Year’ (DOTY) award from Renault to recognise the best dealers of the Group's global sales network.

The Gold Dealer title is awarded based on sales numbers and communications as well as the quality of services to the customers, which is measured through an independent survey.

Craig Seager, Group Director, received the award from Renault UK Managing Director, Paul Flanagan, at a ceremony in St Paul's Cathedral in London:

Mr Seager said: "Excellent customer service is something a lot of motor businesses talk about, but then fall short when it comes to actual delivery. Over the years, the team here at Bagot Road have built up an excellent reputation of always putting our customers first. It doesn’t matter which make of car is being sold or serviced, we aim for the same level of care and attention to detail. What’s great with this award is receiving confirmation from our customers that we are getting things right as far as they are concerned, and that the fantastic effort of our team is recognised."
