Michelin starred Bohemia restaurant in Jersey has been granted the Award of Excellence for its wine list in Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Wine List Awards 2016.
Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence awards restaurants whose wine lists feature an assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.
Dimitri Marqueteau, Bohemia Restaurant Manager, said: “We are honoured to have been recognised for our wine selection. It is something we take very seriously here at Bohemia and we feel so grateful to have been awarded this prestigious award.”
Bohemia has an inventory of 3,000 bottles of wine from a selection of 260 bins.

Bohemia is the only restaurant in the Channel Islands to be listed in The Sunday Times Top 100 Restaurants and is ranked at number 49.
