BPP appoints new Head of Funds

BPP Professional Education has announced that Victoria Danks has been appointed their new Head of Funds.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and joins BPP from Investec Asset Management in London where she was Head of Fund Accounting.

The role included the management of the global fund accounting and pricing team who were responsible for the oversight of over 100 funds. The fund range included UK OEICs, Luxembourg SICAVs, Delaware LLCs, Guernsey B Schemes, Irish Funds and Australian Unit Trusts.

Prior to Investec, Mrs Danks worked at EY in both Jersey and Sydney and worked within the Financial Services Assurance business, focusing on asset management and banking clients.

Whilst at EY she was also responsible for the training requirements of the Channel Island staff which included the design and delivery of training courses.
