Carol Watson from Quemard Properties has successfully passed the technical award examination in the sale of residential property as set by The National Association of Estate Agents.
Carol has been in the local property industry for the past five years and is also a member of the Jersey Estate Agents' Association.
Before becoming an estate agent, she was employed with Lloyds TSB as the mortgage manager for 12 years.
