Independent fund and corporate service provider Crestbridge has appointed corporate lawyer Danny Cole as a Director of Corporate Services.
Based in the firm’s Jersey office, Mr Cole will be responsible for oversight of merger and acquisition (M&A) deals, services to complex structures and acting as a Director on a number of entities.
His most recent experience was a senior position with international law firm, Appleby, in Jersey advising on corporate finance transactions, international mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, listings and regulatory issues. He has also acted for a broad range of corporate clients both in terms of size and diversity of industry sector, as well as acting for banks, insurers and other financial institutions.
